Guarantee, Repairs, Refunds & Returns


For any individual purchase, if the registered user requires surgery for a torn UCL while actively training on FlexPro Grip, regardless of injury history, FlexPro Grip will refund to the purchaser every dollar paid throughout the user’s career for both the device and subscription.


To qualify for this guarantee, the user must have an active subscription and have completed at least two (2) Strength Training or two (2) Endurance Training sessions per week for two (2) months prior to sustaining the injury, and provide FlexPro Grip with proof of surgery.


FlexPro Grip is not liable for any additional costs, expenditures or losses that a player may incur due to an injury under this guarantee.



If for any reason the device needs repair any time within the first 2 years of your purchase, we will repair it or replace it free of charge. 


Refunds & Returns

If you receive your FlexPro Grip device and are not satisfied, feel free to return it anytime within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, you must return your device in the FlexPro Grip case with the charger and straps in the same condition that you received it. We will not grant a refund for any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
